Come Learn About Lyndale School

Many neighborhood parents are concerned about the Changing School Options plans. While we do not know what that end result will be, it is likely that there will be a closer relationship with Lyndale School. The Lyndale and Kingfield neighborhood associations, along with Lyndale School, have offered to co-host an evening event to learn about Lyndale School. This meeting is NOT intended to discuss any of the options currently in front of the Board. The meeting is to learn about the school, its current academic and enrichment programs, and why it is considered by the district to be a high-quality school. The purpose is to build a relationship with its immediate neighbors so that, no matter the outcome of Changing Schools, neighbors can make informed decisions about their involvement with Lyndale School.

When: Tuesday, June 2, from 6:30-7:30 pm.
Where: Lyndale Elementary School, 312 West 34th St.
What: A presentation by the principal, the PTO president, and some teachers

To RSVP, please call the school: 668-4000
For question, please call Elizabeth Short, PTO president, 827-5235
